The public spaces do not have the public attachments so the attachments added to the public sections are not visible to public as "contradictory".
My practical solution for that, copying the public address of the file -WITHOUT key ID link & adding that link to the respective place in the document...

When an issue is assigned to someone, it should send a notification to that person. It doesn't, so a rule needs to be created for this.
please change the standard css width for textfields at least on transition netzwerk space to standard and not 100% width... just delete the entry will make a good result (tested with firefox)
