Still some wind and rain and a little bit cool, the weather will be really great for a course next week. Around 25 degrees, up to 14 hours sunshine all day...we are grateful to have such nice conditions in the beginning of June for our course, which is very outdoor based.
But still don't forget to bring some warm cloth- the evenings can still be fresh and also some sun protection if you are sensible!
All participants coming tomorrow by train, please come to Transition House in Brückenstrasse 20 first. You will have transport or can pick bikes to Burg Ludwigstein and get a first orientation.
All the other participants, who know the way, can also go directly to Burg Ludwigstein from 3pm onwards.

Orgateam GROWL Witzenhausen
On Friday, we reserved the whole day for an Open Space, to have both more input from you as experts in your areas and also to have time and space for everybody serving his_her needs.
This might be to deepen questions which came up during the course in discussion, can be a search for people being interested in the same topic or some transmission of own experience. This might also be finding a group for hiking during the day, supporting the kitchen team andandand...

Hallo ihr,
wichtig bei den GROWL Seminaren ist, dass sie kein gebuchtes All Inclusive Hotel Dings sind, sondern der gemeinschaftliche Charakter im Vordergrund steht. Daher sind alle, die sich daran beteiligen gleich wichtig.
Morgen abend wird es eine Orgateamvorstellung geben und organisatorische Sachen vermittelt- nicht zu lange damit das Willkommensritual noch stattfinden kann.
Es wäre aber schön, wenn alle, die beim Kurs mitwirken, sich kurz vorstellen, also wer hat im Orgateam was gemacht, die Vokü, das Frühstücksteam, Leute die dokumentieren, der Bäcker usw.
Es kann auch im Laufe der Woche nochmal eine längere Vorstellung geben, z.B. vor den jeweiligen Mahlzeiten, aber es ist gut, wenn morgen alle um 19 Uhr an diesem Orgainfoinput teilnehmen und sich mal kurz zeigen.
Schön wäre es, wenn dann jede Gruppe oder Einzelperson in 3-4 Sätzen nochmal was erzählt, was er_sie macht und auch warum.
Also dann bis morgen früh, dort können wir das auch nochmal kurz besprechen.
