As we have limited developing capacity, I would suggest to place such issues/feature requests, related to the basic functionality of Atrium, on the distribution issue queue.
It can of course be placed and remain here, particularly if it helps us to shape the UX of co-munity to the specific needs of our groups. But I doubt it makes sense to develop UX of such basic features in parallel to the developments made upstream.
Report on any issues in the platform here. Before submitting a new issue, confirm if there's no other post on it. If you believe the issue is generally related to Open Atrium (the underlying distribution) and not specific to co-munity, please create them on the Open Atrium Issue Tracker on drupal.org.
