Working groups view show from all spaces

Working groups from all spaces appear on the working groups view and there's no way to change it.

It should probably be exposed in the view, so that one can set it up through panelizer.

Changed the working groups view (attend_flag) to have a filter on the groups audience. For the pane this is exposed, the full time page is forced to be degrowth OR GAP space.

View should be improved in the future for more flexibility, but for now works well for the conference.
