Link broken in the first-time visitor Welcome tour : Access Denied / User log in

Clicking on @Gualter's name immediately after opening the site for the first time leads to an Access denied error.

I can see the text after logging in, but don't know about non-admin users.

Thanks - logged in users are able to see, but anyway removed the link, solved now.
