After I opened the link

  • co-munity.net/dg-doc

as written on the whiteboard, the banner was invisible (.oa-banner { opacity: 0; })

Also, due to the height of the banner, the headline and first input box are overlayed by the OA2 navigation bar.

I was logged in all the time.

Can't really fix now - this node is extraordinarily out of the participants area, because they want to allow anonymous submissions, so it needs to be in a public group. As a workaround, I added the conference logo and a redirect to the conference area after submission
