Method
The session presented some of the currents within the degrowth umbrella using a method called “Peripatetic walk”, as inspired by the teaching while walking, or so-called “peripatetic school”, of Aristotle (peripatoi means walking in greek). more…On the sunday 18 may took place a folk evening with the inhabitants of Cerbère
Instead of large theoretical explanations to the inhabitants to Cerbère we decided to have a folk open stage evening with very good vegan food.
The inhabitants could taste the delicious food cooked by Cyrille, all brought by hand trailers with a very beautiful presentation. This was a demonstration that food even vegan can be very delicious even for people that are not necessarily used to this type of food.
