Protocols are hard to find

Right now, it was kind of hard to get back to my protocol submission. I only found it thanks to the browser history and the recent submission link that is shown while being logged in, looking at the node 2641.

Additionally my sumission's link submission/131 is not publicly visible, so I had to mirror it.

It would be nice to also make these protocols available to the public again.

The practice group of the DG conference is working on these reports. We could anyway make them public (I got confirmation), but it's a matter of time to setup a view (Drupal developers urgently needed!)
