there is some budget for this (lets say max. 100€)

I plan to start to work on this later in the afternoon.

My proposed implementation is to rely on the webform_draft_authlink module. It is a very recent module, requiring further patching of the webforms.

Procedure as following:

  1. Apply the required webform patch;
  2. Activate module on development site;
  3. Test existing webforms for any issues;
  4. Ask the client to test/confirm that functionality is as expected;
  5. Deploy on co-munity.net.

This feature is now implemented and I have tested that it works on dev.co-munity.net.

Farid, can you also test if it works as it should? I have setup the options on http://dev.co-munity.net/transition-netzwerk/content/test-fragebogen to use this, so you can test directly there.

Please note the following:

1. There was a redirect to a duplicate webform on the kokreis, which I removed in order to avoid confusion.

2. On the webform settings (Formulareinstellungen), you need to activate both the possibility to "save as draft" (for authenticated users) and the last option of providing an AuthLink (for anonymous users).

3. I also activated the automatic save each time one clicks changes a page - but this only works for registered users.

4. All this changes are on the dev site and, after your test and upon your confirmation, they will be deployed on the main co-munity site.

the link provided by the plugin goes to the co-munity webpage instead of the dev. page... so it doesnt work

I wanted to write that and forgot. You obviously need to manually add the dev. to the URL in order to test it :)

cool! it seems to work... lets try it on the original page
