project UBA Fragebogen: CSS Width of text-fields not 100%

actually not only text fields but all form fields

I am still not sure if we can/should implement this quickly. There may be some blockers, in particular:

1. There are many webforms in use, so removing this rule would change their appearance. As such, some testing/review of other active forms would need to be made.

2. We currently have no subtheme active, and changes in the default OA theme would get lost in the next upgrade.

If this feature is very important, we can consider it and generate a subtheme, but I am unsure if the improvement achieved makes sense in face of the effort and short-term available for implementing this now?

I am pinging Kerstin and Jon on this issue, since they are/have been webform users and may provide an opinion about removing full width fields here.

it is very important for fields like date or hour, because they take now 2 or 3 rows !!!

this is definitely not acceptable for most users
