Mail notification text not showing automatically on some clients

Users of Google webmail have reported that mail notifications from co-munity appear empty/cut and one needs to click additionally to open it.

This is probably related to the rollback of CSS changes (mail.css file missing) after the Drupalgeddon platform rebuild.
