I guess I found it. Here is the error:

I got it while posting a comment on a group (co-munity) after navigating, on other tab, to a different group. It may be that it is related to that, will keep researching.

hmmm, no, forget last comment, it was caches related. Clearing the cache solved the issue. Will leave this open to further explore why entity_id gets a null value at times. Please report if come to it again, in order to better understand what may be causing it.
