Dear AgroMod team,

For those which do not know me, I am responsible for the international coordination of GROWL and act as ScrumMaster of the modules development teams. My role is to help the coordinator and team to plan and develop the modules in an agile, collaborative and efficient way by following the Scrum methodology.

To keep everyone updated on the progress of our team in the development of the Degrowth & Agriculture (D&A) module we have weekly scrums. These consist in providing short answers to three simple questions. Please take a few minutes to reply to the following, if possible within the next 24 hours:

  1. What have I done since last week?
  2. What will I do in the next week?
  3. What prevents me from advancing with the tasks in progress or taking on new tasks from the D&A sprint backlog?

Hi Wojtek, thanks for your reply, but it would be more helpful if you detail it in relation with the cards that are on the sprint/Trello. The purpose of the weekly scrum is not to know about your life in general, but to allow everyone to have an overview of how our sprint is going and who is doing what. And the sprint has to do with module development, not organisation of course ;)

Nevertheless, as degrowthers fond of conviviality we are probably happy to hear about everything else you are doing :) And I can assume from your answers that you did not touch any cards there?

You guessed right, I'm mostly concerned with pressing organisational issues now and I wanted to share that with you;)
