Subspace for Materials of Kitchen Team

I'm not creating further subspaces on public course spaces (we are finished with the project and structure is not changing now). Why you don't just publish as materials (or notes) and add menu link to sort it inside there?

1. Create document in materials

2. Create the top-level page (Kitchen documentation, or so)

3. On the right, select to create a menu link

4. Choose the materials section as the parent

And that's it. Then you can do the same for all other pages that should belong there (you choose then your menu link to the kitchen documentation as parent). In the end you have a nice structured book :)
