A. 9.00: START
Welcoming of the TTT participants at the end-point of this long conference + training time!
Some “presence exercises” helping the people to be there.
Remembering that we are now in a special TTT training that means a reflection and action time for trainers and networkers inside of Growl.
Feedback are asked to the participants in this training, not with the aim of evaluation but focusing to what they observed, appreciated -or not- in the methods, tools, and strategies used this week in the training. The focus is on the methodology and not on the re-discussion of the contents.

B. 10.30: Inviting the participants to work in little groups on a methodological exercise.
Each group is invited to find a theme that was discussed this week with an aim of presenting it with another methodology OR an interesting methodology they would like to apply to another theme that the ones treated this week.
30 minutes for preparation and 15 minutes /group for presenting the result, that means starting the presentation of the other method or other theme prepared by the group, facilitation… Facilitation François ( Susanne bringing methodological books and documents…)
12.00: Crucial Informations for the future:
Growl: what, who and how is Growl?
Network implication: since one has participated to a course one is considered as a possible growl networker.

13.00 LUNCH
Evaluation made one week later:
a) good including philosophy but need at least 60 minutes for doing it all
b) good but too short, no presentation was possible. We really need 90 minutes in all for this exercice !
c) too short, people didnt really get the different ideas especially concerning what kinfd of homework
they have to do and how and where to send it .
